Job Status: This position is full time exempt (salaried).

Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday – some overtime may be required.

Job Description
A talented high energy individual that will achieve target business development goals by developing and executing account plans to generate new qualified leads. The Inside Sales Manager will oversee the increase of sales opportunities within existing customers within the North American Region. The Inside Sales Manager will assist in identifying new market opportunities; execute sales strategies for building long term customer relationships and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction and product knowledge.

Inside Sales Manager Responsibilities
• Assist in identifying new market opportunities and initiate dialogue with our existing clients’ business units, departments and additional affiliated companies
• Present VUE Software solutions and services to upsell our software solutions and services
• Refer qualified leads to both direct and indirect sales team members
• Work with other departments to resolve existing client issues
• Build positive long-term business relationships with account decision makers through telephone and/or electronic communications
• Maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction for all customers
• Provide current market information such as current trends, sales techniques, applications of products in various markets, and suggested marketing programs to the Department Head
• Participate in company offered self-development studies and training courses

Requirements
• Have a minimum of 7 years inside sales and/or account management experience
• Experience with software and SaaS sales preferred
• Experience with formal account management training programs like; Sandler, TAS
• Proven track record of successfully building account plans
• Must be energetic and driven
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills both written and verbal
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal departments and external clients
• Issue resolution and relationship building skills
• Ability to assess situations, anticipate needs and provide customer-specific solutions
• Strong sense of ambition, self-motivated, self-disciplined and highly professional demeanor
• Strong team player, ethics and willingness to help others
• Experience in business development/lead generation/sales
• Strong organizational, follow-up and time management skills
• Possess a Team oriented mentality
• Strong work ethics and punctual
